Outcome
Customer story goes public
The announcement confirms everything the earlier signals pointed at. The value was never the announcement. It was the five months of warning before it, while there was still time to respond.
The head start was the point. Matches the pipeline, hiring and messaging signals above.

Marketing
The pitch moves from “workspace” to “AI workspace”
The homepage, pricing page and enterprise landing page were rewritten inside a fortnight, with AI moved above the fold and a new compliance section added for regulated buyers.
The story changed before the product did. Positioning shift, ahead of the autumn launch cycle.

Sales pipeline
Enterprise reps start working financial services
Several of their enterprise AEs began engaging with people at large banks and insurers: commenting on posts, reacting to hiring announcements. A cluster like this is a territory being worked, not one salesperson browsing.
The pipeline shows before the logo does. Same segment their case studies would feature later in the year.

Hiring
Four AI infrastructure engineers join in five weeks
The roster picked up inference and evaluation specialists, all reporting into the same org. Hiring is the most honest roadmap a company publishes: teams are staffed before features appear, not after.
The team was staffed first. Consistent with the meeting-notes work already visible in the bundle.

Product change
AI meeting-notes routes appear in the product bundle
New route names, onboarding strings and feature-flag labels for meeting summaries showed up in a shipped bundle. Nothing was announced and nothing was linked. The feature was being built behind a flag.
Two months before launch. Public rollout window: July 2025.
